General Shoes: Please remove your shoes in the apartment. Noise: Kindly keep music and the TV at a reasonable volume to not disturb neighbors, especially after 10pm and before 8am. Smoking: NO SMOKING inside the apartment. Please discard cigarette butts in the cigarette receptacles. Appliances: Please turn off all electrical appliances, most importantly AC units, whenever you leave the apartment. Towels & Bed sheets: Please avoid getting make-up on towels and linens, as it is very difficult to remove. It leads to many towels and linens being thrown away because of permanent stains. Damage & Missing Items: I understand that mistakes do happen and I’d like help you to resolve any issues as fast as possible. It is important to let me know if you find any damage or missing items upon your arrival day so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. If during your stay something gets damaged, please notify me immediately so we can fix it right away. Locked Out: If you lock yourself out between 9:00am to 5:00pm, just let us know and we’ll be over to let you in as soon as possible. After hours may take longer but still contact us immediately and we’ll work on getting there as soon as possible. Please take care of the keys!
Ceiling Fans & Air Conditioning Fans: Some bedrooms and living rooms have ceiling fans, some with remote controls, please keep the remote in the appropriate room. Air Conditioners: All bedrooms and living rooms each have their own A/C units, all with remote controls. Please turn them off when you leave the apartment. You can also get a good fresh breeze by opening the windows. Do Not try to open windows with A/C units.
Garbage/Recycling & Laundry Facilities Garbage: Garbage totes are located next to the house. Please dispose of garbage neatly. Recycling: Recycling totes are located next to the house. Please dispose of recycling materials neatly in bags. Waste Disposal: Please do NOT put food or waste down the sinks as it increases the chance of drain blockage and water overflow. There are no garbage disposal units in the sinks. Put all discarded food and waste into the trash can please. Laundry: Is on site for every home.
Housekeeping Cleaning: We strive to make sure that the cleaning team show up on time at 9:15am sharp and give 100% effort to deliver a 5-Star rated cleaning. If there’s something that doesn’t meet your standards, please let us know immediately so we can address it right away.
Wi-Fi & Direct TV Information Wi-Fi: If the internet seems slow or you can't connect, try resetting the router by turning off the power on the back of the unit. Disconnect the coax cable and the power cord, wait for a minute, reconnect everything and switch it back on. After a minute or two the system will have rebooted. Direct TV: All living rooms and bedrooms have 145+ Channels of Direct TV. See the attached channel lineup in the welcoming email.
Outdoor Games Cornhole: also known as Tailgate, bean bag toss, doghouse, Baggo, or simply Bags, is a lawn game in which players take turns throwing bags of corn at a raised platform 27 feet away with a hole in the far end. A bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the platform scores 1 point. Play continues until a team or player reaches the score of 21. Kan Jam: The object of the game is to score points by throwing and deflecting the flying disc and hitting or entering the goal. The game ends when a team scores exactly 21 points or "chogs" the disc for an instant win.
