The city of Oneonta is about a square mile. All of our apartments are within walking distance from each other.

How does parking work?
All of our apartments offer both on-street and off-street parking options for your convenience. Additionally, the city boasts numerous free parking lots and garages conveniently located near our properties and Main Street, ensuring hassle-free access for our guests.  

When do bookings start and end?
Each rental is a minimum and maximum of 6 days, matching the baseball camps same 6 day schedule. Check in is 4pm and access is by lock box at the front door with a code from which you will receive in our Welcome Email that we send 30 days before check in. Check out is 9am. Please respect our check in and move out times as we have new tenants moving in the same day and need the full amount of time to clean the apartment to change over.
